The option to generate returns can be accessed by opening the particular order page and clicking on 'Actions' on the top right-hand side of the page and then 'Create Returns'.Please note that filling up the return form that appears after clicking the 'Create Returns' option is necessary for all types of labels (Prepaid or purchased from us). This is required to make sure we identify the return upon arrival and process the same without any delay.If you are going for a prepaid label, please ensure that you are selecting 'Prepaid Label' while creating the return on the ShipBob Dashboard and updating the Tracking ID shared by the carrier. Also, since this will be a prepaid label, we will only be charging you a $3 fee for processing the return. For other label types purchased through us, we will be charging a label fee along with this processing fee.
