Modifying Orders that Have Not Shipped
In an effort to ship your order in a timely manner, the ability to cancel or modify an order is not always available. If you have changes or would like to cancel your order, please contact our Support Team at email@example.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We are not typically able to update an address but will do our best to try and accommodate your request if you submit your request to support within 1 hour of placing your order. Any address changes may require an additional fee by the carrier.
This option may not be available depending on how far along our warehouse is with your order. Please contact our Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We have very limited ability to change payment type after your order is placed. Please contact our Support Team at email@example.com to see if this is an option to update your payment type.
Modifying Orders that Have Already Shipped/Address Change After Shipped
Once your order has shipped there is little we can do to modify it. However, USPS and UPS offer free programs for customizing delivery options. Sign up for Informed Delivery free at www.usps.com or for UPS My Choice at www.ups.com to change delivery address, schedule delivery times, request a vacation hold, hold at a carrier facility for pick up and provide additional delivery instructions.
